"Go-Further-Together" Resources!

Every month, we acomplish a “Go-Further-Together ” (GFT) Action & peer-mentor each other on a “6-Figure Results Round-Table” Principle.

Go-Further-Together Action

This month’s “Go Further Together” Action is designed to boost your biz and exposure.

Let’s support each other to go further than we ever could alone!

Total exercise will be 15 minutes.

Everyone will be put into groups of 3 people (maximum) .

There will be 3 Parts – each 5 mins: 

Part 1:  Partner A = Brightest Shirt.  Briefly Intro Self and Biz.

Partners each ask 2 questions about you and/or your biz. 

Partner A take notes, because questions make for great future content ideas, or what to proactively bring up while networking.

Partner A can answer a couple questions as time permits.  

Part 2 (10 min left)  Switch to 2nd person.

Part 3 (5 min left)  Switch to 3rd person.

*We’ll let you know each time to switch and when there’s 1 min left.

Total Exercise will be 15 minutes.

Everyone will be put into pairs (maximum).

Part 1: 

In main room: Everyone takes 1.5 min to come up with 1 marketing piece to get feedback on (Ex: homepage’s top banner, ebook intro, 1 min spiel, or webinar sales script, etc.) 

STEP 2:

For the  breakout (take pic of the below):

Partner A = Share 1 marketing piece.

Then, partner gives feedback:

A) What do like best?

B) What are you confused about?

C) Any uplevel ideas?

(At 7.5 min) Switch. 

Purpose: Go further together on #1 social media platform.

Step 1: In main room, everyone pastes a link to the #1 platform she wants to get more engagement on. Everyone randomly click on 1 link and see if you can support that Circle Sister’s engagement. (1.5 min)

Step 2:

This exercise will be 15 mins. Everyone will be put into groups of 3 (max). Each part is 5 mins. 

In breakout room, Each Circle Sister pastes the link to the #1 platform she wants to get more engagement on in chat.

Part 1 Person with brightest shirt goes first.  She introduces herself, shares her screen, and talks about her vision for marketing herself on #1 platform (2 min). Then, Sisters give ideas for more engagement and may also personally Comment, like/love, share that person’s posts (3 min).

Part 2 (10 min left)  Switch to 2nd person.

Part 3 (5 min left)  Switch to 3rd person.

*We’ll let you know each time to switch and when there’s 1 min left.

This total exercise will be 15 mins.

Everyone will be put into groups of 2-3 ladies.

Round A (7.5 min):

Person wearing the most blue will start. You will share your #1 “Easy Yes” Request for Support, which is low or no cost. Then, ask: Can anyone support me?

Each member of your group will tell you if they can support you (They may be personally interested or they may give you an intro/referral/idea, or they might say no). 

Then, next group member will go with the same process. The goal is for everyone to have a chance to share. 

Round B (7.5 min): New Groups of 2-3; same instructions.

Prep: Now, Take 1.5 mins to write down your Easy Yes request.

Total exercise will be 15 minutes.

Everyone will be put into groups of 3 people (maximum) to brainstorm  ways to help your Circle Sisters promote their biz. 

There will be 3 Parts – each 5 mins: 

Part 1:  Partner A = Brightest Shirt. Share:

  • A) What your #1 biz Offer is this month
  • B) Who your ideal audience is.
  • c) How you’re already promoting your #1 offer.

Take 1.5 mins to write down your answer now. 

Then, groupies share “If I were You” ideas on how to promote that biz or expand upon what you’re already doing!  

Part 2 (10 min left)  Switch to 2nd person.

Part 3 (5 min left)  Switch to 3rd person.

Group shares what they’d want from you if they had $1M Gift Certificate to your biz.

Total exercise will be 15 minutes.

6-Figure Results Round-Table

During our 6-Figure Results Round-Table, we focus on 1 Principle, 1 Month at a time. This way, Circle explores all 12 Principles over the course of each year.

Circle Sisters love round-tabling on the Principle of the Month. They share their business experiences, best practices, sticking points, and peer-mentor each other . . . while Networking HER Way! 

Do you have a clear plan for your business, one in which you have faith will work? Now’s the time to revisit it and create a more effective plan, ma’am.  

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) Do you have an Annual Biz Plan? If so, on a scale of 1-10, how confident are you that it will work?
  • 2) What are you specifically focused on accomplishing this Quarter? 
  • 3) In face of time/money/effort challenges, what are the 2 Biggest Reasons you will succeed this Quarter?

Ready to experiment with stepping into your feminine power? It’s a beautiful and often under-played asset. Leverage the feminine (in your own way) to attract more clients and re-invigorate your biz with creativity!

Put 1 min on clock: What adjectives would you use to describe how it feels to be in your “feminine” energy? (Put in chat)

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

1) What’s the advantage to being in your Feminine Power when doing biz?

2) What are disadvantages to being in your Feminine Power when doing biz? 

3) What percentage of time do you think you spend in your Masculine Power versus your Feminine Power in business?

Are you prepared to build an All-Star Promotion Support Team? It doesn’t matter if you’re a solopreneur or have many employees, explore your leadership style & building a stronger more unified team.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) Who is on your promotion support team?
    • Include the people who work for you, people who work with you, people who coach/consult/mentor you, and people who promote/refer you. 
  • 2) Let’s pretend you have the hiring budget, who is the most critical person to hire next to get more opt-ins and sales?
    • Who would you be specifically looking for? What would be their job description? 
  • 3) What’s the most challenging part about creating the promotion support team of your dreams? And what’s 1 way you can overcome this challenge?  

Does your ideal audience really know who you are? Learn how to brand your authentic message, be remembered for who you are, and get more referrals.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) Share your brand’s logo and tagline. Ask other ladies to say their 1st impression of them.
    • We’re putting 1 min on the clock for everyone to find their logo/tagline.  
  • 2) How would you describe the “feel” of your brand? Pick 3 adjectives & explain why you chose them. Ex: {HER} 6-Figure Circle = classy, feminine, vibrant.
  • 3) What’s 1 brand that you admire (which isn’t yours)? How are they similar to you? How are they different from you? 

When someone says, “Let’s talk tech”, do you want to run . . . or ask “what are you running”? It’s time to get a handle on your current tech and discover what you need to scale-up!

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) How would you rate how “technical” you feel on a scale of 1-5 (with 1 being “not technical at all” and 5 being “very technical”)?  Why? 
  • 2) Think about all the technology you use in your business. Name your 1-2 favorite types of tech and what you like about them. 
    • (Ex: tech for automating social media, email marketing, graphics, surveys, appointments, website, CRM, project management, etc)  
  • 3) What would “taking your tech to the next level” look like in your business?

Do you ever feel like you’re not getting fast enough results in your business? Step on the results gas pedal by sharing best practices for up-leveling biz results.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) What are you most proud of accomplishing since the beginning of this year?
    • Include even the “small wins”. 
  • 2) Fill in the blank: My biggest disappointments since the beginning of the year have been…”
    • (Here’s your chance to have a vulnerable conversation with women in your Circle and will keep what you say confidential!)
  • 3) You’re halfway through the year. What results are you committed to achieving before the End of the Year?
    • Be specific. 

Have you ever wondered why you don’t have all the customers you want? With marketing constantly changing, let’s strategize the best ways to promote yourself now.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) How are you currently promoting your business? 
  • 2) What kind of marketing content are you posting, and how often are you posting it? 
  • 3) Are you tracking your marketing results? And if so, how? 

Are you collecting business cards or building meaningful relationships? Target your talk for the best results with Prospects and Referral Partners.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) How would you describe your networking style? (ie. introverted/extroverted, questioner, listener, supporter, etc)
  • 2) What are your 2 biggest networking challenges? 
  • 3) How would you describe the ideal people you would want to do more networking with?  

Do you know how to increase your Speaking Power and get more results? Brainstorm the best talk topics for your ideal audience.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced Speaker and why? 
  • 2) What is your favorite topic to speak on? In specific, who is your #1 ideal audience to speak to about your topic? 
  • 3) Who is your favorite Speaking Role Model and why? 

Wouldn’t it be great if more people told the world about your business? Now’s the time to capitalize on capturing more referrals, raving reviews & testimonials.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) What is the best testimonial you’ve ever received (aka: what others said about you)?
  • 2) If you could be endorsed by any Celebrity, who would you choose? Why?
  • 3) How much of your marketing strategy relies on getting referrals? Why? 

How do you influence your ideal audience to say, “YES!”? Explore all the ways to be more influential and increase your Yes-Power.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) Describe the types of people who are your “easiest YESES’ (aka the people who most eagerly and/or urgently buy)  and WHY they’re most likely to buy.
  • 2) How do you move someone from a “maybe” to a “Yes!”?
  • 3) Do you track your conversion process?
    • (For ex: the percentage of people who say YES to being on your list vs YES to buying from you. Do you also track how long it takes to get these conversions – time from lead to prospect to customer, etc)? Explain how you stay on top of your numbers.  

What’s your plan to sky rocket your sales before the end of the year?  Now’s the time to look at your sales results with fresh eyes and optimize.

During a 15-min round, you’ll have 5 mins to answer each question: 

  • 1) What  is the #1 reason your audience would say “No” to you?
    • How do you handle that objection?
    • (If you don’t know… ask group for suggestions.)   
  • 2) What is the #2 reason your audience would say “No” to you?
    • How do you handle that objection?
  • 3) Since we’re in December, do you have any Holiday and/or End of Year sales, special offers, or gift ideas?
